Pursuant to the Right of Reply, in relation to what was erroneously stated on your Megaphone platforms on the 24/10/2022 and previously on the 20/6/2021 and 20/8/2021, it was accordingly necessary to respond with the following:

1. As a result of the economic crisis and financial collapse in the country, most oil importing companies and governmental facilities have reduced imports, and some have even completely stopped importing, in contrast to Liquigas and Coral, which decided to continue their importing activities to preserve social and economic safety in the country while assuming all the risks during this period.
2. The two companies have been subjected to a shameful campaign of lies, slander and incitement against them and their owners, including lies related to smuggling and monopolization crimes, such that their owners have put themselves and their companies at the disposal of the highest Lebanese judicial and security authorities which conducted extensive investigations, following which they rendered written statements and reports declaring Coral and Liquigas innocent of these allegations and not involved in any smuggling operations, or others. (Lebanese Army Intelligence Directorate - General Security Directorate). These were published on our website.
3. All the carburant (diesel, gasoline and aviation fuel) imported by the companies is subject to full oversight by the General Customs Directorate, the Ministry of Energy and the Lebanese Central Bank such that both companies, Liquigas and Coral, import, unload and deliver under their direct control and authority; a rigorous mechanism is in place to ensure the supply of products to end-users is taking place within Lebanese territory.
4. The owners of the two companies have put at the disposal of the public opinion the entirety of the information about the commercial records of the two companies, which shows the companies are fully owned by the Yamin family and the absence of any partnership or direct or indirect connection with any political entity.

Therefore, in accordance with the above,
All allegations and fabrications made against the two companies in your statements, reports, posts and videos are false, expose the interests of the two companies to various risks, and inflict serious damage on them internally and externally in terms of Negative Media. You are therefore required to immediately remove and delete all posts, reports and videos related to the two companies from any and all of your Megaphone platforms while we reserve all our rights in this regard.
